Harrison and I are adamant about the beauty of delayed gratification. You reap what you sow when the harvest is here.
Early on in the season players are seeing the results of their actions from the months prior. November - January, which could be positive or a testament to the truth of atrophy. What you are not working on deteriorates.
Therefore, now is the time to start sowing seeds which will be harvested at the end of the season, as well as the summer when players are getting ready to compete for spots on college recruiting lists.
We are committed to offering players as many opportunities to train as possible. Their progress is our passion.
Look forward to the coming successes.
We hope new level of Cincinnati lacrosse is beginning.
Persevere,
Henry Schertzinger
